How It Works

1 - Checkout
Add the Virtual Guidance Session to your cart and head to the top right corner of our site (look for the shopping bag!) to complete your purchase.
2 - Check Your Email
After purchase, keep an eye on your inbox. You'll receive two important emails: 1) a purchase confirmation and 2) a separate email with a link to book your appointment and fill out your Space Information Form.
Heads up: You’ll book your appointment after purchasing the service.
3 - Virtual Guidance Prep Form
When you book your session, you’ll be prompted to complete a quick (but detailed) form telling us about your space. You can upload photos, add measurements, and share any details you think will help us prep for your call.
Tip: Uploading photos is easiest on your phone!
4 - We Review + Assign Your Organizer
Our team will carefully review your information and match you with one of our experienced professional organizers (3–8 years of expertise and major organizing chops).
5 - Meet with Your Organizer on Zoom (40 minutes)
This is the heart of the service. You’ll meet one-on-one with your assigned Graceful Spaces pro. Bring your questions, goals, and dreams—we’ll bring thoughtful guidance and practical strategies tailored to you.
Before your call, we’ll send a few prep tips to help you make the most of your time.
6 - Post-Call Support + Summary
After your session, you’ll receive a written summary with personalized recommendations and ideas we discussed on the call.
And because questions often pop up as you start implementing—we’ve got you. You can submit a follow-up question through a dedicated form and we’ll support you from there.

Virtual Guidance is conversational: you get live, real-time support, troubleshooting, and feedback.
Curated Product Plan is a digital design plan: you receive a custom design plan and a complete shopping list for one space.
Many clients combine both services: a design plan for one space + a virtual guidance session to talk through other areas or routines.

To get the most out of your time, you’ll:
Complete a Virtual Guidance Prep Form where you’ll share your goals, challenges, and what’s not working.
Provide photos/videos and measurements of the spaces you’d like to focus on.
Think about your priority questions or frustrations, so your organizer can target what matters most.

You’ll have access to one follow-up question via a form submission. These are best used for clarifications, substitutions if a product is out of stock, or quick adjustments as you start implementing. For deeper support, you are welcome to book another session.

You’ll receive your written recap within 3 business days after your session, along with any referenced links and actionable strategies.

Because each session is personalized and time-based, all sales are final and non-refundable. That said, your satisfaction is important to us. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at virtualorganizing@gracefulspaces.com. Our team responds promptly during business hours, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM CT, excluding major holidays.
