Selective interview process
Including leadership and co-founder interviews, along with an in-home shadow experience to assess skill, approach, and cultural fit.
Six-week onboarding & Assessment program
A comprehensive introduction to our methods, client experience standards, and organizing approach, followed by a formal assessment before working independently.
Ongoing education and development
Continued training and skill development to ensure our team continues growing while maintaining the level of excellence our clients expect.
