  • Great question! Building Luxury involves an incredible amount of preparation, from spending time getting a feel for your space and your family’s unique goals to creating a plan that considers every single item you need to fit in a space. Consulting with an expert organizer enhances the work you’re doing with your trade teams, allowing you to prioritize organizational systems right at the start. These jobs can fall under the role of a few different types of employees or contractors. Our clients love the option to have this work taken off their plate—all by one boutique firm.

  • We offer space-by-space consultations with a 4-hour minimum. We meet with your trade teams as needed and provide CAD drawings to make it easy to implement our solutions into the build plan.

  • We can usually accommodate Building Luxury appointments within two weeks of booking. To give your builders time to plan for upgrades and new dimensions, we recommend bringing our team in as soon as possible.

  • Initially, Building Luxury projects have a four-hour minimum, which includes a 2-hour consultation together, where we’ll walk through the home or review drawings. Any remaining work is billed by the hour.

  • We provide CAD drawings for your contractors, making incorporating our designs into their plans easy. Since we work alongside your builders, there's no need to worry about facilitating.

  • All employees are vetted and trained in the Graceful Spaces method, in addition to ongoing education to keep up with the latest products and techniques.
